Innovations Ltd (OTI) of Rosh-Pina, Israel, and SoftChip Technologies
(3000) Ltd a chip designer, signed an agreement by way of which OTI acquired
full ownership of SoftChip on swapping shares. The swapped shares have been derived from an increase of OTI's authorized capital by the agency of approximately 120,000 ordinary shares. The acquisition marks another
attempt by means of OTI to deepen and widen its involvement in the design and
innovation of chips for smart cards. SoftChip is a
