Srednicki Joins Chase Cardmember Services

Srednicki, formerly a senior executive of Hoffman Estates, Ill.-based

Sears, & Co. [S], who carries with him an extensive background

in the credit card business, will join The Chase Manhattan Bank [CMB]

as a Cardmember Services executive nearest month. Srednicki succeeds

Michael Urkowitz, who will retire in February after more than 25 years
